Volunteer
Our facility operates day in and day out because of our volunteers. If you have time to give, we can use you! You would assist with our daily operations including; stocking shelves, sorting product, packing & separating food items, hanging clothes, cleaning, picking up food donations, working distribution days, etc. please contact Chris Russell at chris@bigreachministries.org for more information.

Product Donations
Food
We parter with dozens of local bakeries, hospitals, restaurants and stores who generously donate food & leftover product that is no longer suitable to their professional standard but is in fact, still perfectly good food that we are able to distribute to families. According the the Good Samaritan Food Donation Act, "a person, gleaner or nonprofit organization shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability arising from the nature, age, packaging or condition of apparently wholesome food or an apparantely fit grocery product that the person or gleaner donates in good faith to a nonprofit organization for ultimate distribution to needy individuals."
Deer Meat
Whitetail Deer Processing in North Lima, Ohio has partnered with us and will accept your donation of hunted deer that they will process and then donate the venison to us! Call 330-549-2291 (Monday-Fridays 3-7pm and Saturdays 8am-7pm) to donate!
Livestock
Purchase a cow or pig at a local fair in the name of your business or political campaign and then donate the meat to us! For more information please call Scott at 330-533-3278 x 233.
Cell Phones/Ink Cartridges
The Big Reach Center of Hope is teaming up with Funding Factory to recycle used cell phones and ink cartridges to help raise funds for our outreach efforts! If you would like to make a donation please drop your cell phones and/or ink cartridges off at the Big Reach Center of Hope.
