Our largest event of the year is Big Reach Back-to-School.  This year it will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011.  This event continues to grow each year. Children receive free haircuts, medical examinations, book bags with school supplies, and much more. Fresh produce, non-perishable food items, and community information are among the items given out to the attending families.

Children must be pre-registered. Registration forms for children ages 3 thru 15 can be picked up at the Center through the month of April during regular distribution times.  Registration deadline is April 30, 2011. 

*Disclaimer: Back to School registrations are always during the month of April prior to the event.  This happens so early in the year because we need that time to make sure each of the 1,000+ specific children's needs are met that we will be helping in August.  It takes time to gather the information and the community support needed to make our event a success.  If you missed registrations during the month of April, it is too late for this year.  Anything extra will be given out during our regular August distribution days following the event.
